Jacinta joined NZLocums in 2012 bringing with her a wealth of recruitment experience gained from previous corporate, global organisations. She prides herself on forging strong relationships with an open, honest and friendly communication style whilst delivering high quality service. She also has a passion for working with a variety of people and cultures and has travelled both nationally and internationally. Jacinta holds a Diploma in Organisational Psychology.
Senior Relationship Manager
Sarah has worked with NZRGPN since 2010. She comes from a background in office support and medical recruitment. Sarah’s strength lies in building strong relationships with the doctors and practices she works with; and providing expert service to clients and candidates alike. She has an honest and friendly communication style, and enjoys working with people from all walks of life. After spending several years at NZLocums, working with rural practices, Sarah’s focus is now on recruiting GPs into urban locations across New Zealand.
Sarah joined NZLocums in 2016 and comes from a background in a variety of roles in the healthcare sector, in particular regulatory bodies and case management. Sarah grew up on a farm in the lower North Island and has a real affinity for rural life. She studied at Victoria University in Wellington and completed a Bachelor of Arts in Education. Quality customer service is something she is passionate about, she strives to provide this every day in her work. She has travelled throughout USA, UK and Europe and of course beautiful New Zealand.
Jenny recently joined NZLocums bringing skills gained from working in international recruitment, as well as assessment and continuing professional development of overseas doctors. She takes pride in providing high level assistance to candidates and clients and aims to provide a friendly professionalism that instils confidence in both. Jenny enjoys travelling and in her spare time, enjoys exploring the parks and walkways around New Zealand and being an avid runner, she has run on many scenic tracks.
Melissa brings a variety of national and international recruitment experience to the NZLocums Team. Melissa has travelled extensively throughout Europe appreciating many different cultural experiences. While volunteering on farms and teaching English she also recruited remotely for a London based recruitment organisation. Melissa enjoys interacting with people from all walks of life and prides herself on her personable yet professional approach. Outside of the office Melissa writes and performs folk music and enjoys spending time walking in the bush or by the sea.
Bella recently joined NZLocums and has previous national and international experience in recruitment and digital marketing across various industries. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Politics and Marketing and a Diploma in Film and Television. Prior to recruitment Bella had a creative career working as a freelance producer in the film and television industry after which she travelled in Asia and Europe teaching English as a second language. Her core responsibility with NZLocums is to build, manage and facilitate relationships with both candidates and practices. Bella embraces new challenges and enjoys finding solutions, she is passionate about music production, different cultures, and story-telling through various digital mediums.
Jason comes from a background in recruitment and medical/health administration. He holds a Bachelor in Commerce and Administration specialising in Management and Marketing. He enjoys travelling, having visited countries in the UK, Asia, Americas and Australasia. Jason joined the team in 2015.
Programme and Events Coordinator
Ayumi recently joined NZLocums and comes from a background in administration and event management. Prior to joining NZLocums, Ayumi coordinated professional development training and national conferences in the social services sector. Ayumi enjoys new challenges and her friendly yet calm approach is an asset for the team. Outside of the office, Ayumi is busy learning new languages, organising social events for a Japanese community in Wellington and exploring New Zealand’s bush and mountains.
