Role
We have an opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic GP to join a practice in the beautiful Bay of Plenty. They are ideally looking for an experienced General Practitioner who holds vocationally scope or practice or working toward this. You will be working with a team of skilled nurses, nurse practitioner, clinical pharmacist and GP colleagues and an experienced administration team, supported by a dedicated Practice Manager.
Practice
The medical centre is a large group practice providing acute walk-in and GP service. The practice also provides occupational health, pre-employment & immigration services. The practice is co-joined with a Pharmacy within the one building. The practice has a very positive supportive culture – striving for excellence in all they do.
Location
The practice is located Mt Maunganui, a coastal town in the Bay of Plenty, just north of Tauranga and is well regarded as a ‘coastal resort town’, hosting both safe swimming beaches, cycle and walk ways and quality surfing.
The area is a popular tourist destination for those seeking sun, sand and relaxation throughout the year. The café & restaurant culture is very vibrant and popular. Living is easy with access to local fresh produce and fantastic shopping facilities. Sporting facilities and opportunities to utilize the outdoors (parks, forests and beaches) are all readily accessible.
