Location
Opotiki is a small town in the eastern Bay of Plenty in the North Island and one of the first places settled by Maori. In summer, the town enjoys an influx of holiday makers who come to experience many outdoor activities, including our stunning beaches, fishing, diving, rivers, bushwalks, bike trails, hunting and more. The large cities of Tauranga and Rotorua are within an hour’s driving distance. Opotiki’s climate is equal to the best in New Zealand with lots of sunshine hours.
