Role
An opportunity has come available at a small group practice in Rotorua due to growth in the patient population. We are keen to hear from General Practitioners interested in working between 6-8 sessions per week. Ideally the practice is looking for a GP who holds vocational scope of practice with the MCNZ and can provide supervision. However, they are open to considering all experienced applicants.
Practice
The medical centre is a family focussed medical centre offering a full range of general practice services. They are a pro-equity practice striving to understand and address bias. They work in a culturally safe manner creating an inclusive and culturally safe experience for their patients and the community they serve. The medical centre is Cornerstone Accredited with the RNZCGP and regularly trains GP registrars. There are three general practitioners who are well supported by a team of nurses and administration staff. The practice uses Profile.
Location
Rotorua is known for its access to the great outdoors and geothermal activity.
