Role
We are a small but experienced team of General practitioners and Nurse as well as our Reception staff. We offer a full range of primary healthcare services.
The desired candidate is someone who is passionate about making a difference to health outcomes especially for high needs patients, someone who works well in a team setting, approachable and likes to have a laugh.
Location
Tokoroa has a population of approximately 14 000. (Another surgery services the balance of patients.) A full spectrum of schooling facilities caters for kindergarten right through to community-based tertiary education.
Surrounding the town are many dairy farms, plantation forests and scenic reserves. Lake ‘Moana-Nui’ is a lunch time stroll from the practice. There are about forty five lakes within a forty-five-minute drive of this town!
Its central location means that it is an hour’s drive to Hamilton, Tauranga, Rotorua or Taupo. Two and a half hours will get you to Auckland, The Coromandel Peninsula or the ski fields at Mount Ruapehu.
